George Winters

George D. Winters was born in June 1944 to a German father, and Irish mother in the town of Eldon, Missouri. At age 19 I entered the U.S. military as a soldier in the army. I done basic training at Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo. I was shipped to Ft. Ord, California after basic training where I was a truck driver in Post Supply. Met my wife in Seaside, Ca. We were married on December 23rd 1967 in Nevada. We have three sons, and one daughter. I started writing after retiring in 2014. I have seven books published, all are on Amazon. A three book western series, two fiction romance/thriller novels, and two books of poetry.
