Retired welder and metal worker, I spend my time writing from campsites in the southwestern USA or house and pet sitting for family.

Many of the ideas for my stories came from watching the bright glow, the molten pool of metal formed by the welding process. It is the inspiration for the singularity, The Orb in my fantasy tales.

My science fiction is an inspired by many great writers, their tales I read as a child and young man. Ray Bradbury being my overall favorite sci-fi writer.
