Wayne O'Neill

Prior to starting his coaching firm, Wayne O’Neill spent twenty-five years in the project delivery industry as a national and regional account manager for such companies as PSA/Dewberry, Bovis, and Gilbane Building Company. During this time he noticed that many service providers struggle to convey their complex and subtle value propositions to owners, and owners struggle to identify valuable service providers.

He decided to launch Wayne O’Neill and Associates, a company focused on bridging the gap between these two groups. The strength of the practice is to coach a variety of levels in a firm to connect with targeted, smart clients instead of the classic linear sales and marketing model. Service providers achieve multiple, sustainable, profitable streams of revenue from smart owners, and owners achieve the flexibility needed to adapt in today’s evolving markets through identifying and leveraging the untapped sources of liquidity made accessible when working with smart service providers.

Wayne is married and has two adult stepchildren. He loves to golf, ski and read.
