Bob Welbaum

Writing is Bob Welbaum's fourth career. Born in Piqua, Ohio, he graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy and the Air Force Institute of Technology. After a twenty-year career in the Air Force, he was employed by Tomart Publications in Moraine, Ohio as a book and magazine editor. For the past eight-plus years, he has worked as a substitute school teacher in three districts in the Dayton, Ohio area.

He has always been a compulsive reader and in the past has written as a sideline. Now it's time to take advantage of all those life experiences.

Other interests include running as a sport, history and wargaming, and Disney collecting -- he's currently newsletter editor for the Disneyana Fan Club.
