Norbert Zimmermann

Norbert Zimmermann grew up in the Ruhr area. After his apprenticeship at the German Federal Post Office and his civilian service he started to deal intensively with the Titanic for which he was interested since the official discovery of the wreck in 1985 and since then he has visited many of the original sites of the famous ship.

Still living in the heart of the Ruhr area, he has gained a very good reputation as a Titanic historian and has been invited to several Titanic events in English-speaking countries as an author and historian.
