Beth's background is in organizational development, leadership development, and change management in the public and private sector, for profits, nonprofits, and foundations. She's been an executive coach to Fortune 500, mid-size and small companies, and project managed mission-critical enterprise-wide initiatives. This depth and breadth of experience has honed her ability to inspire people and increase their capacity to work, think and learn together. The result? Unleashing energy and innovation that increases leaders' effectiveness, personal and professional well-being and their ability to solve complex challenges making the world a better place for all.
