Lawrence Early

My name is Lawrence Early; I am a recent MSM Graduate from Colorado Technical University. I Attained my MBA in year 2012. I have aspirations to become a University professor and to teach finance and financial literacy. I also hope to have my own financial literacy program to help inner city youths understand the importance of finance and the potential influences it can have on an individual future. Some of my proudest accomplishments were attained during my youth. I attained the highest rank in boy scouting in 1985. It was a very big accomplishment for me as an inner city youth. I have been blessed to have been associated with some great men in my life that have provided me with sound mentorship. I currently work in the student loan industry and have been for the last fourteen years. My role models in life are Martin Luther King, Warren Buffet, and Benjamin Graham.

Again, my long term professional and personal goals are to assist in the education of my community in the areas of Financial Literacy. I believe that if our youth and young adults can attain greater knowledge, understanding, and wisdom in these areas of financial dealings, not only would their lives be fundamentally improved, but the Social Economics of the whole community would be greatly increased as well. This page will be utilized to assist me in creating interest in finance with in my community. It will also provide me with feedback allowing me to create resource materials for potential future instruction and teachings in the areas of financial literacy. Thank you.
