Nick Agelidis

Nick Agelidis has been a keen photographer for many years, but once he retired from a hectic corporate career, he was able to turn a part time hobby into a full time passion. Nick was born and grew up in Australia, before moving to the UK and then the US. He obtained engineering degrees from Melbourne University and Imperial College, London, and worked in the automotive industry in several locations in the US and Europe.

Nick strives to create images that allow the inherent beauty of the subject to come through, whether at the large or small scale, in the interplay of colors, or when the color is drained away. Many of his recent photos have been in and around La Jolla, California, which is the subject of his recent photography book.
