Lily Forbes

Lily Forbes was born in Colonial Malaysia in 1946 and moved to London at the age of twenty two to study for a career in nursing. England became her permanent home when she married in 1973. She pursued her career working at hospitals in Lewisham, the Royal Berkshire in Reading, Wrexham Park in Slough and finally, before her retirement in 2006, at the Bristol Children's. Lily has bid a fond farewell to Bristol and currently living in North Cheshire.
