Summer Alexander

Summer Alexander is the Director of Learning and Leadership Development at Simply Training Solutions, where she helps leaders sharpen strategic thinking, strengthen public speaking skills, and lead high-performing teams. With more than 15 years of experience designing leadership development programs, facilitating learning, and coaching leaders, she brings both corporate and entrepreneurial perspectives to her work.

Summer has led leadership development functions for global organizations and managed diverse teams, giving her firsthand insight into the real challenges leaders face. Her approach is human-centered, interactive, and focused on creating safe spaces where leaders can practice, experiment, and grow.

She holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Strategic Management from DePaul University, along with a certificate in Educating Adults. Summer is certified in Insights Discovery and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and holds a DEI&B certification from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
