About the Author
Marcelle Evie Guy was born and raised in a small town in Québec. But for most of her life, her childhood memories were limited. Starting in her early forties, her memories began to come back. Disturbing memories. And as the memories came back, so did two unique personalities. Looking for help with these afflictions was frightening to Marcelle. No one seemed to understand her but drugs were always quickly prescribed. Eventually, and despite herself she had to develop her own treatment if she was to survive this.
At peace with herself now the retired office manager has decided to tell the story of her decades-long struggle with repressed memories, multiple personality disorder, of the psychiatric profession which failed her, and of her own inspirational self-treatment.
Ms. Guy lives in Petaluma, California with her dog Hannah.
