John Bayer

John Bayer has been described as "acerbic" and "sardonic" and "morbidly cynical." Parents can be cruel sometimes.

John's newspaper columns have been thrice (that's 3 times) named Best Humor Column of the Year by the North Dakota Newspaper Association. (2012, 2013 & 2014 - weekly newspaper category)

In 2014, John published his first book, "15 Months of Winter: My Year in North Dakota", all about his. . . well, actually the title is pretty self-explanatory.

John lives in Henderson, Nevada with his aloe vera plant and his imaginary wife, Valerie.
