Evin M. Daly

Evin Daly is a specialist in child abuse and domestic violence prevention and protection systems, child welfare systems and an adviser on their development and management. As an analyst of violent and criminal behaviors with emphasis on the victimization of women and children, he has worked extensively with victims, families, and perpetrators of child abuse and domestic violence. Mr. Daly is a court-recognized forensic interviewer of children who have been physically and sexually abused. He is also a certified forensic interrogator and interviewer of adults with emphasis on domestic violence and sexual abuse cases.

Mr. Daly is the founder and CEO of an international child protection agency that provides child protection resources to the public and professionals worldwide. He has been the Chief Operating Officer of a Florida-based full-case-management child welfare agency which was responsible for upward of 1,500 children in the child welfare dependency system. He lectures on issues relating to child abuse and domestic violence in universities and provides training for Protective Investigators in the Florida Department of Children and Families. Since 2005, Mr. Daly has been a Guardian ad Litem in Dependency, Domestic Violence and Family Court where he investigates cases which involve children representing the children’s best interests in court. (West Palm Beach and Miami, Florida).

Prior to retiring from business in 2003, Mr. Daly’s 20-year career was as a marketing communications specialist in the advertising industry (including Ogilvy & Mather Advertising in New York) and as a corporate marketing principal with emerging technology firms in London, New York, and South Florida.
