Marvin L. Solomiany

Mr. Solomiany has worked as a trial attorney exclusively in the area of family law and is trained as a trial attorney and a collaborative lawyer for over 16 years. Mr. Solomiany provides representation in all family law matters, with an emphasis on high-income divorce cases, cases involving corporate entities, prenuptial agreements, and interstate child support and custody matters.

He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer every year since 2005. Mr. Solomiany is a past chair of the Atlanta Bar Association's Family Law Section, is the current co-editor of the State of Georgia Family Law Review and is a member of the Executive Committee of the State Bar of Georgia Family Law Section.

Over the years, Mr. Solomiany has represented in family law matters numerous athletes, entertainers, professionals and executives from Fortune 500 Companies. Mr. Solomiany has appeared in numerous radio and television programs to discuss family law issues and is a frequent lecturer in both state and national family law seminars. Mr. Solomiany is married to Kerry Solomiany and has two children.
