Jamie James

Jamie James is a graduate of Mississippi State University. While in school, she twirled with the Famous Maroon Band as the majorette captain. After college she coached the majorettes, feature twirlers, color guard, and dance team. Her time on and off the field laid the foundation for Jamie’s desire to share her game day experiences with others.

Today, Jamie is a high school history teacher in Collierville, Tennessee. She and her husband, Wes, enjoy taking their young son, Jack, to football games at Mississippi State. Jamie wanted to re-create the game day atmosphere for Jack in rhythm and rhyme, thus Game Days in the Fall was written. She hopes to capture the imagination of young Bulldog fans with this delightful, easy-to-read book.
