Nicholas Woode-Smith is the author of the Kat Drummond and Blood Veil urban fantasy series. He writes darkly funny supernatural fantasy packed with snarky heroines, dangerous vampires, occult mysteries, found family, emotional chaos, and the kind of binge-readable mayhem that makes “just one more chapter” a dangerous lie.

He lives in Cape Town, South Africa, where he is kept in line by his Pomeranian and fuelled by coffee, tabletop games, computer games, and an unhealthy love of fantasy worlds where monsters are usually more honest than people.
