Robert A. Yost

I live with my wife in Winter Haven, FL where I spend most of my time doing research, writing, and teaching online classes in the area of biblical studies. I am Emeritus Vice President of Academic Affairs at Charlotte Christian College and Theological Seminary. My Ph.D. is from Trinity Theological Seminary and my D.Min. from Carolina Graduate School of Divinity. I also hold advanced degrees from the University of Maryland and Capital Bible Seminary.

I grew up in Maryland in the Washington, D. C. area. I graduated from the University of Maryland. I spent several years living in the Central Arctic of Northern Canada in a small Inuit settlement, which is probably the most interesting thing I ever did. I ran cross country and track, boxed, did martial arts, and played Chess and Scrabble. Currently, I still play Chess and Scrabble competitively and have added horseshoes to my list of sports. In 2016 I won the FL State Championship in my class and finished 3rd in the World Championship in my class.

I have been married to my dream girl, Tess, since 1994.
