Tania Marshall is a highly sought after clinical consultant psychotherapist. She was one of the first psychologists to detail the Autistic female profile and has worked within this area for 30 years. Her professional practice consists of diagnostic assessments, consultations and/or therapy. She also consults and trains other professionals, from a wide variety of backgrounds, on the Autistic female profile. She currently works with a number of high profile and/or celebrity clients. She can be reached for assessments, consultations, collaborations, problem-solving sessions, and counseling. She is available ONLINE only, with the exception of her consulting work with intelligence and law enforcement. Her other area of work is fulfilling her contractual obligations to intelligence and forensics, as it relates to the intersectionality of neurodiversity, crime, law enforcement, cybercrime and radicalisation.
Tania Marshall has been nominated for a 2019 ASPECT Autism Australia awards in the Advancement category, for advancing the field of female autism. Tania was previously nominated in 2016 and 2015. She is an international two-time Gold Medal award-winning author, clinical consultant psychotherapist, author and trainer. Ms. Marshall has presented on Asperger Syndrome, Autism, Twice-Exceptionality, the Gifted and talented and neurodiverse individuals, in a number of different settings and countries.
Her 2013 blog "Moving towards a female profile of Asperger Syndrome" gained International recognition by researchers, professionals, and those working in education, the workplace, and law enforcement. In 2017, Tania was invited to provide opening remarks on Day II of the II Symposium and Women's Conference, hosted by Mujeres Tea, Argentina. She had been invited to provide opening remarks for Asperger Sevilla's first Women and Asperger event in Spain, 2017. She is a member of the International Pediatric and adolescent gender dysphoria working group.

Tania Marshall, M.Sc. (App. Psych.), B.A. (Psych.) is an International Gold medal-winning author, clinical consultant psychotherapist and trainer. She is a 3X (2019, 2016, 2015) ASPECT Autism National Recognition Award Nominee (Advancement Category), for her work advancing the field of female autism. She is one of the first psychologists to detail the Autistic female profile.
She is recognized internationally for her work in advancing the field of female Autism and Neurodiversity, by profiling the the unique characteristics, strengths and challenges of NeuroDiverse individuals. "I Am AspienWoman" was awarded the 2016 IPPY eLIT Gold Medal Award in the 'Women's Issues' category. Tania's work has been translated and/or cited in numerous publications including Sarah Hendrickxs' recent book entitled "Women and Girls with an Autism Spectrum Disorder" (2015), foreword by Dr. Judith Gould and also referred to in Dr. Judith Gould's training on the assessment and diagnoses of females on the Autism Spectrum.
Tania worked on a PhD pilot level project with Dr. Amanda Webster entitled 'Exploring Success in Women with an ASD'. She has also worked on a number of projects that offer guidance, motivation, inspiration, and support to neurodiverse individuals. She provided the welcome and opening remarks at the 2015 first International Autistic Women's Symposium held in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Tania currently works in busy private practice with individuals, across the lifespan, who are involved in the following, but not limited to: gifted and talented, celebrities, performing artists, professional singers, actors, authors, artists, translators, dancers, models, performing artists, professional sports individuals, gifted and talented individuals, twice-exceptional (2e), Autism, or Asperger Syndrome, highly sensitive people and individuals with savants skills, and twice-exceptional and/or neurodiverse individuals, across the lifespan. She also consults with the Police and other law enforcement/government personnel and lawyers. She has been working with gifted and talented individuals for many years.
