Ernest Skipper

Ernest Skipper is a tenth generation American, retired corporate executive, past consultant, minister, husband, father and grandfather.

During his 37-year career at Caterpillar Inc. (a world-leading manufacturer) he held leadership positions in 10 countries including U.S., Brazil, England and Japan. As a champion for productivity, ethical leadership and personal accountability, he repeatedly led teams to achieve radical transformations and unheard of cost reductions.

His article, "Path to Bold Goal Achievement" was widely used within Caterpillar and many other organizations. He was a featured contributing author in Lou Tice's book "Cultures of Excellence Volume I."

Saved by the Grace of God, Ernest Skipper is a passionate leader and continues to dedicate his life to expanding God's Kingdom on earth and encouraging His people to step into their rights and responsibilities to the Glory of God.

Ernest and Vanna, his wife, live in Indiana and have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
