Anna Carroll

Anna Carroll, MSSW, is an executive coach and organizational consultant specializing in workplace feedback, leadership development, and facilitation of groups.

Carroll completed her undergraduate work at Sarah Lawrence College and Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received an MSSW from the University of Texas at Austin. She completed professional coach training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) based in San Rafael, CA.

Through her consulting practice at Interaction Design, Inc., she works with PayPal, AmerisourceBergen, Applied Materials, Austin Regional Clinic, Doosan (Korea), Ebay, GE, Oracle, Singapore Airlines, Starwood Hotels, University of Texas, TECO-Westinghouse, Zimmer and other global corporations.

Carroll is well known for her ability to coach, explain and facilitate the linkage between people and business results in a clear and compelling way. She is a recognized innovator in identifying future trends affecting the workplace and has most recently focused on the value of workplace feedback and how to equip leaders to be great feedback-givers.

Carroll is recently certified as a CTI Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She is certified to administer Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks™ and Executive Dimensions™ 360° assessments, the Hogan Personality Inventory; Hogan Development Survey; Motives, Values Preferences Inventory and she is also Insights Discovery and Navigator certified for specific clients. She has additional certification to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)™.
