Sue Horner

Sue Horner was born in California, but she has lived in the South for over twenty-five years and calls Roswell, GA, her home. After retirement from a career in public relations, Sue fulfilled a lifelong goal and wrote a novel. Second Place Sister is a sometimes humorous, sometimes poignant, account of rivalry between two adult sisters set in the fictional town of Willoughby, GA. The many walks Sue had taken along Canton Street in downtown Roswell inspired her to create Willoughby. She has a B.A. degree in American studies from California State University-Los Angeles and belongs to the Atlanta Writers Club and the Roswell Historical Society. When she volunteers at the Roswell Library's used book store, she never leaves without buying a book. Someday, she'll read all the books stacked around her house.
