Ann Brady

Born in Yorkshire but now living in Cardiff, I have been writing for nearly forty years. Initially a large majority of my work was writing non-fiction for magazines, newspapers, educational booklets and an award winning website.

Since then I have published Dear Friends: Letters from Abroad - a Silver Award-Winning historical novel, a Mystery Short Story Book and the Children's 'Little Friends Picture Short Story Book Series' amongst other genres. The Little Friends Series consist of 3 Sets of 6 books under the Set titles of Woodland Adventures, Garden Adventures and Farmyard Adventures. Each picture story book is full of colour illustrations which will delight all readers. I have also won Awards for Poetry

Being a Writers Mentor I am known as The Fairy Godmother for Aspiring Writers. This work is carried out through Mentoring Writers where I mentor, encourage, assist, and guide writers into the world of creative writing. For the younger writers this is carried out through the Kids-4-Kids organisation. I work with new, developing and even established writers across the world.

Recently I re-opened my publishing business Pen & Ink Designs Publishing.
