Battman

Alan Batt, better known in the culinary world as simply Battman, began his career as a photographer in 1981 shooting photos of his hometown of New York City. He began taking food photography in 2001, and has since become one of New York's most recognizable culinary personalities. Battman is often seen riding his bicycle up and down the streets of Manhattan as he travels to and from photo shoots and meetings with the chefs. He takes food photography to a new level, elevating recipe books into fine art books with passion and artistry present in every stunning shot.
