Josef Tkadlec

Josef Tkadlec is currently starting his PhD studies at Institute of Science and Technology in Austria.

He has been involved in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) twice as a contestant (bronze in 2008, silver in 2009), once as a problem proposer (problem 5 in 2012) and once as a deputy leader (for Czech Republic in 2013).

Being a teacher of geometry classes at AwesomeMath Summer Program since 2012, he strongly believes that true geometry mastery lies in proficient use of common sense methods.
