Chef Tim McNulty

Chef Tim McNulty grew up in the restaurant business starting as a dishwasher at age 10. After years of learning from the ground up, he went on to train in Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales College in Rhode Island. As Executive Chef at the Lobster Pot restaurant in Provincetown, MA, he directs a kitchen staff of 45 who serve more than 1,400 meals a day.

Chef Tim has been honored with critical acclaim by writers and fellow chefs:

- Cape Cod Life: "Best Of" On The Outer Cape

- Phantom Gourmet 100: One of the 100 favorite Restaurants in New England

The Chef's cooking philosophy easily translates to his cookbook. Much more than just a collection of recipes, it is a clearly written guide to adding a taste of Cape Cod to your cooking.

Simple ingredients are celebrated for their ability to enhance dishes where the seafood, beef, poultry and vegetables are the stars.

Chef McNulty encourages you to use the highest quality products, but his recipes dont require exotic kitchen tools or access to a gourmet market!
