For over 33 years, Tim Collins, PhD, has specialized in materials development for the GED. His books and media publications have helped countless learners pass this life-changing test.

Altogether, he has worked in the field of education for over 40 years and has taught learners of all ages and backgrounds from early childhood to adult.

Tim knows the challenges of pursuing education as an adult. While working full time, he completed his PhD at the University of Texas at Austin.

Tim is the founder of Equivalency Test Prep Advocate, a Facebook community for adult educators offering free teaching ideas, learning aids, and tips, as well as adult education news and advocacy.
