Donald Donato is a writer, researcher and freelance journalist interested in the connections between culture, nature and the spirit of human development.

He is author of "Agrotowns, a Brief History and Review of Resources" (Taylor & Francis/Routledge, 2019) and co-author of "Disrespect Today, Conflict Tomorrow: The Politics of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights", (Critical, Cultural and Communications Press, 2009).
