Robert Herber

Robert's life was turned upside down in his college years when he encountered an ordinary college student who absolutely shined with the love of Jesus. After asking how he could have that same kind of life - and learning that it came from a day-by-day intimate friendship with God - Robert's life has never been the same. Robert's passion is to be a friend of Jesus and teach others to do the same.

Robert was on the church planting team that launched Antioch Community Church in Waco, TX in 1999. He served as both College Pastor and eventually U.S. Church planting director for the Antioch Movement.

After almost ten years of college ministry, Robert sensed the Spirit's leading to plant a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church in San Diego, CA. In the spring of 2008, he and his wife Stefanie led the team that launched All Peoples Church.
 Since that time, by God's grace, All Peoples Church has grown rapidly. Multiple services have begun, Lifegroups are meeting all over the San Diego area, and missionaries are now being sent to different nations to plant new churches.

Robert invests in numerous churches nationally and also travels internationally speaking and helping plant churches. He and his wife have one daughter and three sons and thus spend tons of time coaching sports and going to all kinds of kids activities. In his free time, Robert loves outdoor sports such as hiking, surfing, fishing, and caring for the family's alpacas and chickens.
