C J Fitzsimons

CJ Fitzsimons, Ph.D. is a Leadership Sculptor living in Germany and working internationally; he previously enjoyed a career in academic and industrial research. He is a coach, consultant and trainer specialising in scientific and engineering research. Clients include leading research institutes in Europe as well as companies like Airbus, BASF, Bayer and Daimler. He was vice-president of the International Enneagram Association in 2012—13.

When not working, he enjoys long walks with his wife Nora in the Black Forest, occasionally ignoring his smart phone, and even less occasionally writing poetry.
