Perspective:
We are moving into a new era of business development and management. Businesses small and large, new and established are being driven by a more competitive, more global and more networked economy. The pace of change in the next five years is going to be faster than ever. All of this means that our financial management processes must be more precise than ever before. I am calling this new era Business Management 3.0.
I have spent the last 30+ years working with hundreds of companies as a consultant, coach, analyst, and strategist. I have been a CEO, founder, CFO, COO and CIO for different companies and have seen lots of change. My teaching role at the University of Washington has been a great way to stay on top of best practices and new developments in the world of business finance and innovation.
