Wanda Perkins

Born and raised in Minnesota, Wanda Perkins describes herself as a woman of faith who looks for, and is thankful for, the simple joys and blessings God places on her path each day. She shares stories about these in her book, Blessing After Blessing―Seeing God's Blessings In All The Seasons of Life.

A speech communication graduate of North Dakota State University, Wanda speaks and creates from her heart. Whether communicating with a well-crafted phrase, an artistic photograph, or an inspirational message, she delights in encouraging others.

Her work has appeared in numerous publications and websites. Meeting and interviewing local, national and international people, she's convinced everyone has an interesting story to share.

She lives in Fargo, North Pole (correction: North Dakota) with her intelligent, rescued dog, Jake, where she enjoys life's greatest simple blessings: sunsets, sunrises, brisk walks, running alongside Jake, fireside coffee (with marshmallows), music, digging in the dirt, dancing in the moonlight, great movies, thought-provoking reads, beautiful hearts, smiling faces, laughter, and watching Thundar the NDSU Bison mascot dance.
