I have been writing fiction for quite a few years now, and surprise! I find I love it. I am a writer and editor by trade, so I enjoy beta reading for other writers, and editing big, messy manuscripts. I live in Ellicott City, Maryland in my beautiful, shabby, chaotic house with my husband and three dogs.

Besides playing in Milton , I enjoy finding treasures at yard sales and auctions, hiking and race walking, fostering rescued dogs, listening to NPR (especially This American Life and Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me), travelling, singing Broadway scores, reading, drinking good wine, and hearing a good joke.
