Mark H. Fowler is a business growth and corporate re-engineering expert, author and writer, business educator, public speaker and change leader. Mr. Fowler specializes in transitioning companies from challenge to achievement by focusing on enhancing revenues and profits, while instituting cultural and interactive processes that substantially increase collaboration and engagement--helping businesses and organizations to achieve a whole new level of success. Working with those businesses dealing with all forms of challenges and impediments, he has helped turn them around; institute rapid growth; develop/implement sophisticated systems and procedures; raise working capital; merge, acquire and demerge organizations while always focusing on the well-being of the business and all stakeholders.

A leader in the "business engagement" field for decades, he has developed systems and communication protocols stressing the importance of team empowerment and personal development. By focusing on helping business owners and team members to be on the same page, he has aided them in succeeding at incredible achievements unattainable in the current competitive cultural business environments.

Mr. Fowler is sharing insight through his Always Creating Value™ podcasts. For whatever he is doing with his clients, his intent is to be creating value in many ways. To be successful, a business needs to bring something important to customers/clients, team members and the community. In fact, the most successful businesses have a clear value proposition for their stakeholders and their markets.

An active presenter, he has also written hundreds of articles and created and presented many courses. With his emphasis on "business engagement", he created and designed a dialogue and conversation system called the S.H.A.R.E.™ Tools, which are the basis of his award-winning book – Revolutionary Conversations: The Tools You Need for the Success You Want. (Working with Noal McDonald and Barbara Gaughen-Muller, he memorialized his creation.)

With his focus on contributing, he is a member of the AICPA and the California CPA Society ("Society"); with the Society, among other roles, he has served as a Director, a State Committee Chair and a Trustee for California CPA Education Foundation. In recent years, as a member of Rotary, he co-created one of Rotary’s first e-clubs, which was virtual and global/international (rather than local).
