Josh Rubin

Josh grew up in the East Coast, Boston, MA. Growing up, his mom Nancy, was the head honcho of a diet clinic and very tuned into the importance of balanced meals and healthy eating. Now, what healthy eating looked like then vs. what we know now are quite contrasting, but nevertheless, his exposure to healthy eating assisted in developing a foundation for health in his life.

Josh is a natural athlete having participated in competitive swimming and ice hockey throughout his life. His nickname on the ice was "wheels", if that gives you any idea as to why his legs are the size of tree trunks!

Josh married his wife Jeanne, who was born and raised on the West Coast in San Diego, California. They could not have come from two more different backgrounds, but as destiny would have it, they would unite as EastWest Healing and Performance in 2007.

Josh and Jeanne have spent over 20 years establishing themselves in the fitness and nutrition industry. They share a deep respect for the underlying health of the human body and guide others back into their own health and away from the disease focus and treatment mentality. They have worked with people across the globe, educating them on how to use food as medicine, and more importantly, the degree of individualization necessary to providing a nourishing foundation for the body to heal.

As authors, mentors, consultants, speakers and educators to individuals around the world, Josh and Jeanne Rubin pride themselves on their approach to working with the wholeness of each individual and have dedicated their practice to helping people help themselves.
