Paul Leone

Paul Leone was born "a very short time ago" on Long Island, New York. His parents Frank and Ann Leone raised him and his twin brother Frank in Hicksville where Paul became an artist and Frank a musician. Once they realized they actually needed to purchase food, clothing, and shelter, Paul pursued a professional career in Psychology and Frank went into Law. Paul received his Ph.D in Industrial Organizational Psychology in 2003 and has since become a pioneer and thought leader in workplace behaviors and research. Paul has been an Organizational Consultant for top Fortune 100 companies around the world including American Express and Verizon. In 2014, Macmillan published Paul's first book "Measuring and Maximizing Training Impact" in which he introduced a new Level 6 to the traditional 5 levels of training evaluation. Paul currently lives in Whitestone, New York with his wife Carol and their 2 little boys Daniel and Andrew (all of which hate him writing on the weekends).
