Robert M. Stone

Robert Stone is a retired teacher who is better known as an educational writer of textbooks covering a secular approach to Religious Studies. He has decided to have an excursion into the world of fiction with A Step Behind and Bible Belt Boyhood. The are other works in the making and Robert's background provides a wealth of resource for this. Born and raised in Middle America, he served in the NSA's little known military offshoot, Army Security Agency. He had assignments in Northern Japan, United Kingdom and Vietnam, where he was among a small number of young men providing intelligence through radio intercept of American's enemies at the time. He later went on to work as an accountant for over twenty years before turning to education. He lives in Yorkshire, England with his wife and close to his three children, four grandchildren and dog. Robert is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors, has full memberships of The Society of Authors, and Former Intelligence Officers Association.
