D. A. Abrams

D.A. (David Anthony) Abrams is a dynamic speaker, insightful coach, impactful thought leader committed to delivering positive outcomes. He has authored six books, including "Where Is Your Why? (2023), "Make It Happen" (2019), "The Inclusion Solution" (2016), "New School Leadership" (2014).

As Founder and Lead Advisor of Wingdale Harbors and Chief Operating Officer at Groundswell. D.A. helps transform organizations through leadership, inclusion, and operational excellence. He previously served as Managing Director for the CFP Board - Center for Financial Planning and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for the United States Tennis Association, where he pioneered transformative D&I initiatives.

A Certified Association Executive (CAE), D.A. is a member of the USTA Middle States Hall of Fame and Black Tennis Hall of Fame. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Millersville University Foundation.
