Ruby Allure

The truth is writing is a journey and the journey within my writing is to discover the depths of characters who can be understood and identified with by the audience. What's more, the chance to inspire others, provide humour and insight are a real motivation. For me writing is a joy. I can step into an inner landscape and construct literary visions. I can laugh at my own jokes and I have learned that it is better to do this whilst writing rather than laughing hysterically in public. So I genuinely love the creative opportunities that writing provides. Of course there are times when you are the proverbial fly colliding with the window and that is a real headache - yet if you pause, you generally find a way through.

At the moment I am rather excited because I have met talented actors and producers who are transforming my books into audible reads. It is such a pleasure to have your writing read to you by someone who has the capacity to engage through voice. So with all this in mind - I hope you enjoy what you read and that the writing will engage and inspire you. That is all I can hope for:)
