Lehla Eldridge was born in the U.K and has travelled extensively, living for many years in South Africa , Italy and and Spain. A lot of her illustrations reflect the places that she has visited. She won The NAESP USA best illustrated picture book 2011. She writes extensively about learning with out being in the schooling system and her children learn at home.
