Letisha Galloway

Letisha Galloway was born and raised in Woodstown, New Jersey and currently resides in Delaware. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Administration of Human Services from Wilmington University. Ms. Galloway is presently a Senior Social Worker/Case Manager in Delaware.

Ms. Galloway is a poet, author and inspirational speaker. Ms Galloway has recently co authored a book entitled When New Life Begins. The book includes the stories of seven courageous co authors’ who have overcome adversity to find hope and success due to their relationship with God. Ms. Galloway’s solo debut entitled "Victim to Victor: A Story of Love, Failure, and Faith" was published in 2013 and is now available.

Letisha is regularly involved in bringing awareness to domestic violence. Surviving domestic violence herself, she is a strong advocate for change and protection for those who feel they have no voice. Letisha is active in child abuse prevention activities.

Ms. Galloway served as the co editor of K.I.S.H Magazine in 2013. Letisha is currently working on two upcoming projects to be released in 2014. Letters to Jordan is a book about her son Jordan who tragically passed away at exactly two months of age. It will include her journey through the grief process. The book will help anyone who has ever lost a loved one and wondered if they will make it.The second project is her first collection of poems. This poetry collection will inspire, encourage, and uplift the soul one poem at a time. Coming 2014!!!!

Ms Galloway is the mother of one, a son she named Jordan who is resting peacefully in the arms of God...
