Shocked by the number of ineffectual training companies peddling generic ‘off-the-shelf’ material that ticks some of the in vogue boxes but actually being of very little or no benefit to the buyer prompted him to write this book. A better informed purchaser is better placed to demand more from the training provider. A training provider that either can’t or refuses to design bespoke material should be avoided at all costs!
