David Hirson

David Hirson is the managing partner of David Hirson & Partners, LLP. Prior to opening his own firm, he was the co-managing partner of the Irvine, California office of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP. David graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, and is a member of both the California and Washington D.C. bars. He has been involved with the EB-5 program since its inception in 1990 and successfully filed one of the program's first cases. David has served as the chairman of the State Bar of California, International Law Section and chairman of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Southern California Chapter. Among a list of notable mentions, David has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer. His law practice focuses on EB-5 regional centers, projects, and direct and regional center individual investors. David frequently lectures domestically and abroad on the topic of EB-5 and immigration law, and serves on the editorial board of EB5 Investors Magazine.
