Rick Lochner

Rick Lochner is the President and CEO of RPC Leadership Associates, Inc. He is an accomplished Coach, Facilitator, College Professor, Keynote and Workshop Speaker, Author and foremost, a Leader.

His Vision is to help Business Owners, Corporate and Non-Profit Leadership Teams and Individual Professionals Make Leadership a Way of Life. He coaches organizational leaders to leverage effective goal-setting, organizational planning, people development and process improvement to ensure their business strategies achieve their desired results.

Rick Lochner is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and spent his 11-year military career leading soldiers in challenging environments around the globe. After leaving the Army, he spent the next 18 years in corporate leadership positions ranging from front-line management to senior executive management. He successfully led organizations in Fortune 100 corporations and privately held entrepreneurial ventures across multiple industries both for-profit and non-profit.

In addition to his undergraduate studies, Rick holds both an MS and MBA. He is a former Visiting Professor at the Keller Graduate School of Management as well as a former Adjunct Professor at Aurora University, where he taught a variety of leadership-related topics including 21st Century Leadership, Managing Organizational Change and Strategic Management.

He has authored eight books on leadership including most recently -- "Finding The Missing Piece: The Impact of Effective Communications on Sustainable Success" and "Here's What I'm Sayin': Still More Revelations for Making Leadership a Way of Life". He is also a contributing author of A Common Sense Approach to Sustainability.

Rick gives back to the local community as a committee member for DuPage Senior Citizens Council/Kane Senior Council, as well as the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute. He and his wife, Colleen, reside in Naperville, IL.
