Phil Mason

Phil Mason is married to Maria and together they have four adult children; three

sons and a daughter, plus three wonderful grandsons. Phil and Maria are the spiri-

tual directors of Tribe Church; a spiritual community located in the Byron Bay re-

gion of Australia. The Tribe was pioneered by Phil and Maria in 1998. Over the past

25 years, Phil and Maria have led three ministry schools, The Deep End School,

Naioth College and Tribe Ministry School. These school have equipped and acti-

vated hundreds of disciples of Christ in the supernatural kingdom ministry of Je-

sus. Phil completed his Bachelor of Theology degree at Flinders University in South

Australia in 1991. In addition to training and equipping the local church, Phil and

Maria travel widely throughout Australia and the nations under the banner of ‘The

Heart Revolution.’ The Heart Revolution was birthed out of a deep passion to see

the church find deeper wholeness through the healing and transformation of the

heart. Their passion is to raise up a generation of mature sons and daughters who

can be sent out as beloved sons, carrying the heart of the Father to the nations.

As the directors of Tribe Church, Phil and Maria planted the community on the

foundation of the Kingdom Ministry of Jesus and have sought to remain faith-

ful to a divine mandate not to allow their church to drift away from the call to

build lives collectively upon the foundation of genuine intimacy with the Fa-

ther and with one another in community. The Tribe endeavors to be a commu-

nity where everyone is committed to becoming a people of the heart. The

principles and insights outlined in this book have been hammered out in the

life of community. None of it is theory; it has all been comprehensively road-

tested. Were it not for the quarter century of experience in building a com-

munity of people who welcome the supernatural ministry of Jesus to the heart,

Phil would not have the authority to address the issues contained in this book.

Phil is also the director of ‘Christocentric Light;’ a ministry that takes teams into

New Age festivals throughout Australia, releasing demonstrations of the supernatu-

ral ministry of Christ. They have seen thousands of miracles in the New Age market-

place. Phil and Maria also pioneered the Byron Bay Healing Room in 2006. To find
