Mark Bird

Mark Bird is a professor at the College of Southern Nevada. Previously, he was a water planner with the U.S. Department of the Interior for a decade. His over 30 water articles have appeared in over 12 publications including the San Diego Union Tribune, the Tampa Tribune, and the California Engineer. He was invited to testify on new seawater desalting techniques before a U.S. Senate committee.
