Charles Cox

I am a long time Paranormal Researcher (since 2002). I have been fortunate to have captured an elusive ghost apparition on video. Also, I have captured many ethereal voices on tape and on digital mediums. There have been occasions when I have been touched and lightly slapped by unseen hands. I can get impressions of words and mood at a haunted location.

My formal education consists of a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education degrees both from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI. Also, I have an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University in North Carolina. Over time, I have obtained additional education and certification in Paranormal Investigation from Troy Taylor's American Ghost Society. Along with that, I have obtained certification as an EVP Researcher and a Paranormal Counselor through the International Ghost Hunters Society (IGHS), headed by Dr. Dave Oester. Member of the IGHS Inner Circle.

I have attended several conferences and seminars on the paranormal and ghost hunting. Within my many years of ghost hunting, I have performed investigations at many private residences and businesses. I have investigated various cemeteries and historic sites to include Gettysburg, The Mansfield Reformatory, Prospect Place, Locations in Alton Il, the Holly Hotel, the Historic Wayne Theater in Wayne, MI and the Historic Fort Wayne in Detroit, Michigan. In my travels, I have investigated a cemetery and Mayan ruins in the country of Belize and the area of the Donner Party incident in the Nevada/California state area.

I currently serve as an Officer with the Southeast Michigan Ghost Hunters Society (SEMGHS) out of Lansing, MI headed by Brad and Brenda Mikulka. The group has been featured in the episode "The Attic" with the series "A Haunting", Seekers Vol 1., "A Haunting on Hamilton Street" Part 1 (www.youtube.com/watchtv=5QgfulQVL50) and in other news media.
