Dawn Allen born 1972 in Charleston W.Va.,My first child was born when I was 17, second child 19 and a senior in high school, 3rd child at the age of 23, later marrying the father of my boys. After the abuse I had endured I decided it was time to leave and divorce. I later met the man of my dreams and married him and had my 4th son. Foster care is what I had wanted to do from a young age, we welcomed our 5th son into our home.. Starting out a teenage mother and wanting the best for my family
