I have worked in the construction industry for 40 years. I started in my fathers sheet metal shop, and from there landed in California working for SMW Local 104. I was in the San Jose area, working on big projects such as the early Silicon Valley jobs, Lockheed, schools and hospitals. I worked with some great people and I learned a lot, so it was from this experience that the idea for this book was formed.
