Tim Luscombe

Tim Luscombe is a business advisor, author, and executive coach with over 30 years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic leadership. He works with UK Business Advisors, helping business owners maximise value through growth, exit planning, and effective leadership.

Drawing on his extensive boardroom experience—and a healthy dose of Stoic philosophy—Tim writes practical, accessible guides for business leaders navigating uncertainty, people, and performance.

His titles in the series Enlightened Leadership: Mastering Mind, Emotion, and Action include Stoicism for Business Leaders, Lead through Coaching, Emotional Intelligence - the EQ edge for business leaders, Leading through Crisis, and Negotiation Mastery for Business Leaders. His first book was Deal Finance, a business owners guide to buying, selling and raising money.

When he’s not advising or writing, Tim plays golf badly, walks his dog diligently, and occasionally gets beaten at board games by his grandchildren.
