J. Mark Fox

J. Mark Fox is the pastor of Antioch Community Church in Elon, NC, and has taught public speaking at Elon University since 1990. He wrote a weekly column for the Times-News of Burlington, NC for 15 year, which won five Amy Awards.

Mark is the author of several books, including his latest, Sermon Preparation and Delivery: Public Speaking for Preachers (2024), Family-Integrated Church (2006), Real Life Moments: A Dad's Devotional (2008), Planting a Family-Integrated Church (2008), A Faithful Man (2012), and Age Integrated Church (2015).

Mark married his sweetheart Cindy in 1982, and they have seven children and 9 grandchildren. Mark's passion is preaching and writing, and he enjoys running and traveling. A UNC graduate, Mark follows the Tar Heels!
